During the pandemic I went from being a full time employee, to being furloughed, to being made redundant in the space of 12 months, my whole world was turned upside down.
This situation allowed me the time and space I needed to fulfil a dream of working for myself, and Bettie Brown’s Boutique was born.
Taking inspiration from key people in my life and spending time with my family in Australia, I wanted to create something which combined my artistic, creative and caring nature with my love of the vintage aesthetic.
My luxurious range of ethical, artisan products that will help you to “Make Time, to Take Time” whilst valuing the importance of connecting to the best version of yourself.
Initially I will be focusing on bathing products that will have physiological as well as emotional benefit, helping you care for your body as well as your mind.
The brand core values are to connect you to the best version of you.
Encouraging you to be as kind to yourself as you would to others, and then sharing that gift with your loved ones.
As a whole the business will be about sophisticated self-care, lovingly handmade in my workshop in Rutland. A range that embraces you, and your mindset, allowing you to envelop yourself in a calming and thought provoking experience; find your eureka moment of inspiration, even if it is self-preservation.
