Overview
Bath Bubbles and Bath Milks are handmade to order. Our aim is to make your order the next working day, and then the items will take 72 hours to set.
After quality checks and packing, our aim is to then deliver them within 2 weeks. However sometimes in our busiest periods this process may take longer, but this will show when you checkout.
If you have purchased items as a gift, and they need to arrive earlier than the timescale stated above, then please email us at Bettie@bettiebrownsb.co.uk. We are happy to accommodate requests within our capabilities.
Every care is taken to ensure your products are packaged securely but please appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur in transit.
We will refund these items on receipt of photographic proof of the damage. Please note we need to receive this within 5 days of delivery.
We sadly cannot refund or replace items that have been used.
Sometimes a bath bubble can become a burst bubble in transit, this doesn’t alter the effects of the bath bubble, you will still experience a luxurious bath. If you have any queries about any of the products, please contact us on Bettie@bettiebrownsb.co.uk
UK Shipping
For UK customers, parcels are delivered by Royal mail tracked 48 and we have the flat rate shipping rate of £4.99.
For overseas shipping please contact us directly for a price and timescale as they will differ.
UK Returns
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns on any of our products.
